For me di naman kailangan sobrang pormal at disente ng suot mo. Di mo din kelangan magdala ng malaking pera kasi di nmn nila titignan . Kung tourist ang purpose nyo dpat pang turista din yung outfit nyo . Honestly kami nung nagpunta ng SG naka short at tshirt then rubber shoes lng kami wala naman hiningi na mga documents. Basta kapag nagtanong yung io make sure na masasagot mo agad wag lng kyo kabahan. Tinanong pa ako ng io kung may work ako sinabi ko na wala eh sa wala naman tlga. Housewife lng ako e hehehe.

Hahanapan kase nila ako ng hotel accommodation, and wala din akong show money na enough for two weeks sa Australia.
Nawawalan nako nang pag-asa, visa palang ang hirap hirap ng makapasa, tapos may mga ganto pa pala.

Hello bro uhm....much better ask mo Australian Embassy bka matulungan ka....and any way same situation teo i was invited by my student nman to visit her country South Korea...sponsored ako sya bhala s accomodation at expenses abroad....i have been to other countries so this will be my third time to go abroad but first time to be alonel.. but until now stress din ako like you bka maooflod...first time to travel kba?....alone? At May din alis ko.....same to you...i thimk you are good to go nman as long as mprove mo di k mgtnt duon...

You think guys maququestion ako nun dahil wala kami pictures together? I have proof naman na bf ko sya by remitances and conversation. Visa on arrival is slow
The good news is that you can get your tourist visa on arrival for USD 50 (cash; Americans have to pay USD 100). KLM handed out the application form on the inbound flight from Amsterdam.
The bad news is that it takes a long, long time—maybe 45 minutes. You line up to have you application reviewed, then line up to pay the cashier and hand over your passport, then wait (and wait, and wait) to have your name called, as they bring out small batches of passports every 5–10 minutes with the visa added. Then you line up for customs and immigration, and finally put your bags througj another x-ray machine before leaving the terminal.
Lots of checkpoints, but short lines
I lost count of the number of times I had to fill in forms and/or line up to have my passport and bags checked on departure, but on the bright side, none of the lines was long.

Extremely rude immigration staff
I was traveling to JHB OR Tambo from Abu Dhabi Etihad flight. Upon landing at JHB, I proceeded to the passport control hall. It was all full since some other flights had also arrived same time. I had to wait in line for almost 2 hours. Then when my turn came, I handed over my passport to the officer for stamping. The officer with his SHIT attitude said to me why didn't I greet him at first. I mean how does it make sense? I walked to the counter and handed over the passport. After waiting in line for 2 hours I may not be in a mood to greet him! And is it not his responsibility as well to greet people entering in his country? Total SHAME! That counter is actually the entry gate to the country and when you face such rude people you feel like never coming back to the country. Is this how you welcome guests into South Africa? Really?
Also while waiting in line there was no sitting arrangement, no water nothing! There was free Wi-Fi just for name sake. (which didn't work as expected).

it's not about being alone or may kasama kang family member, it's about paano mo irepresent yung sarili mo sa IO para hindi ka paghinalaan, you just have to be confident and show urself na kaya mo gastusan travel mo. wag ka din papasindak at be nice and smile saka respect their authority para alam nila hindi ka basta basta lang. tip: try to book your own tickets and hotel online. kasi makikita nila you can really fund your travel.

Tama yung IO na magsama ka na lang family members. Kasi nga mapagkakamalan ka pang Human Traffickers. Mas mabuti na lang na nagsolo ka with complete documents and business purposes.
